How incredibly annoying that your order arrived damaged. We would appreciate it if you could send a photo/video in the email, which clearly shows the fault. (info@nagaia-store.com)It would also be nice if you could indicate whether you would like a free reshipment of the product or a refund.

If the order has not yet been sent, the address can still be changed. Send the new address (street, house number, postal code, city) to customer service.If the order has already been sent, the address cannot be changed.

The order number is sent with the confirmation email. Have you not received it? If so, please contact our customer service.

The average delivery time is 5-10 working days. You can track your order via the "Track your order" page.

We always try to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Once your package has arrived at the mail order company, track and trace information is available. Please note that there may be some delay in between.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your order sent directly to a collection point. If the pick-up point is not notified in advance, they may refuse your package and it will be returned to the sender. It is therefore only possible to indicate your home address when placing the order. Are you unexpectedly not at home? No problem. The courier will deliver the package to your neighbors or to a delivery point and will always inform you with a note.

We can ship your order to any country in the EU, but this may incur additional costs.

RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

We offer a 30-day return policy (upon receipt).

Contact our customer service to return your product. You will receive a return form that needs to be printed out and filled in.

On average, it takes 3-6 working days to process the refund after we receive the money.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can always return it to us within 30 days.
